Refund policy

At NG Circuit, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. Please review this policy before submitting a return or refund request.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Free from stains, damage, odors, or signs of wear
  • Returned with all original accessories, tags, and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Request Process

  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send your order back to the address shown on the original package unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns caused by:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Personal preference
  • An incorrect address entered at checkout

NG Circuit will cover reasonable return or replacement costs when the item received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Significantly different from the product ordered

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by NG Circuit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. NG Circuit is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or video of the item
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging and label

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

Please keep the product and original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins.

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered processing.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care
  • Products showing signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges in every situation.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we may arrange a replacement without requiring a separate new order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal by the recipient
  • Unpaid customs charges

the refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any fees charged by the carrier.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  4. Email us at support@ngcircuit.com if the refund is still missing.
