Shipping Policy

At NG Circuit, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–18 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders or during selected promotional periods. Any free-shipping requirements will be displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to begin updating. In some cases, the tracking page may temporarily display limited information while the carrier processes the package.

You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address. We will try to update it before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

NG Circuit is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us so we can assist with an investigation.

If tracking confirms that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your property and delivery location.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the local shipping carrier.
  4. Allow an additional 1–2 business days, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final delivery.

NG Circuit is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we will do our best to help you communicate with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or video showing the item and packaging

Please do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs charges.

NG Circuit cannot control customs processing times or guarantee that an international shipment will not be delayed by customs.

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different days.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees when we divide an order into multiple shipments.

Returned or Refused Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs fee, or refusal by the recipient, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by NG Circuit.

Cancellations and Changes

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.

We may be able to assist before the order enters processing. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
